These students have completed both of the prior courses and are looking to further advance their knowledge and they often shadow our Technology Professionals and are assigned tasks based on their interests and talents.

Inside the Library is the entrance to our Student Tech Team

Tech Team room is staffed with Student Technicians who review the issues with student machines, support and fix what they can and submit helpdesk tickets to our Technology Professionals to follow up with student machines. Tech Team also delivers and retrieves equipment to keep the process following!
