Podbean www.podbean.com Free place to try your podcasting skills. You may need to upgrade your account if you really get into this! It is CHEAP if you do need to upgrade. SO easy!
iTunes - http://www.apple.com/itunes/ To download iTunes for Free. You will need to convert your files and compress your audio files to make uploading to podbean or any podcasting server more effective. This will save time in uploading and space so you can keep your site free for as long as possible. The www.apple.com website had a nice help feature that will teach you how to use the advanced tools for file compression.
